I thought I had come up with this myself! Lol! I like your discussion of the different types of gin. I used Tanguery – not for any particular reason. But I usually like Bombay Saphire for g & t’s. Take a look aty pics if you get the chance. Do you think I got it right ?

Fantastic !! I think there are alot of people marscarading as so called mixologists that have forgotten how to bar-tend. Fair play they can make a decent drink but i see all too much the guest being neglected to make this fantastic drink, which realistically may be too advanced for the everyday guest to appreciate, just my opinion !!
