A new Manhattan variation for the weekend:
Battery Park
3 parts Jim Beam Distillers Series Bourbon
1 part Dubonnet Rouge
3 dashes cherry bitters
2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Stir over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with two bourbon cherries.
